    Default Access to vanilla cards?

Hi all, first post here outside of DeI sub forum.

I am looking for help/info on how to get a file containing the unit cards of Rome 2 (The vanilla ones.). They would come to great use if I could print them as place holder art for a project I am working on (Nothing to make money, our own art will be used in due time.).

Is there a place where these files can be found/downloaded/printed in a fairly high-rez quality(Or at least not terribly low quality.)?

    Thank you very much.

Download PFM (pack file manager) if you don't already have it. The unit cards are split into between two packs. they are:

    data_rome2.pack>ui>units>Icons>then a list of units eg ger_berserkers.png

    and

    data.pack>ui>units>icons> and then a list.

data.pack has more cards so if you are looking for a particular unit it is probably there. Once you find what you are looking for simply right click and extract. You can then use it as a normal image file and do with it what you wish.

Thank you, I managed to get this to work following your instructions. If I understand correctly, there is no way to get these unit cards at a higher resolution than 64x152?

No I don't think so. That is all that is required in game. I'm sure you can use what's in the cards at least for a template for whatever it is your doing. Care to let us in on it?

Working on a boardgame based on the theme of gladiators in ancient rome. Making place-holder art for cards and such can be quite time consuming and I realized that the way we have been heading toward for art style is somewhat similar to the approach they took on Rome 2 (We are going for a roman/greek pottery style of design with faded colors such as this: http://www.jedisimon.com/Pottery%20a...tery-2.jpg.JPG ).

I was hoping for an easily printed alternative that would make the prototypes more pleasing to the eyes while testing with friends. I have gathered the unit cards I could use from the game, I will see if we can work with this for now (I also have been looking online for larger images that SEGA/CA may have used on their wiki but without luck...).

In any case, thank you very much for your help
