Res, seems to big

Hi guys we just replaced our hard drive on a XP win. When going to map on RS2 it seems on wide screen. I checked all specs. They are set as they were before the computer went to the shop. But when we got it back, its off. The battles are on a type of widescreen. I checked all specs on game, and what i can find on properties are set as they were before. I noticed this on other games also. It seems the res, is large and stretched out. Any ideas i can adjust the screen of the computer to make it smaller? Or make the games play normally?

When you click on the Roma Surrectum launcher, it pops up and you see a RS2 Preferences button. Click it and find the Battle Resolution and the Strategy Resolution. You need to change it to your native resolution and it should fit the screen. Also there's a Battle Max and a Resolution max, you need to put them as your native resolution as well.
