Infraction: insulting others
Points: 1
Administrative Note:insulting others
Message to User:Hey mate, saying "Dude lay of the crack" to someone constitutes an insult under the insulting others clause of the ToS. Specifically an insinuation about his intelligence, which can certainly be construed as insulting. Since you received a note for a very similar offense on March 17th, and even without that I'm sure you know better, I'm issuing this as a 1 point infraction. I'm going to offer the same advice to you as I give most everyone, though I'm sure you're familiar with the expression, that being address the post and not the poster. It keeps things impersonal and avoids the pitfalls that cause a post to fall afoul of moderation. As always you have the right to appeal in either the Tribunal or or Praetorium, and I encourage you to do so if you feel this infraction is unwarranted.
If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me.
Original Post:Gosh I wish we had one of those laws than the rapacious Canadian Bombardier Aerospace would not have been allowed to buy Leer Jet... Most every nation does the same protects key industries up to a point even Canada. I'm not sure what you mean about France unless it the tiff around GE and Alstom but seeing as the alternative is selling to a German company I don't see what France getsI'm hesitant to say France is a US puppet/victim of neocolonialism simply because France has no foreign troops in their country(Unlike Canada, the UK, Sweden and etc), and recently the French Government have been passing laws in which they can cancel bids by foreign companies that want to buy French industries. The UK is the complete opposite of the French basically if that makes sense.
Dude lay of the crack - what consequences has the Canada suffered from being in NATO, a US Puppet - really how? War with the the US are You insane - aside form the fact you would have lost, the US has had no interest in war with Canada since at least 1900.No, there are/were other options and as evident by the fact that Canadian politics are heavily influenced/controlled by the Americans, it was a grave error in calculation but unfortunately Canadian politicians didn't have the foresight to consider the consequences of their actions. Speaking personally though, I would've preferred a war with the US rather than joining NATO, but that's just my opinion.
If Canada is such a US puppet why was it allowed provide refuge for US draft dissenters during the Vietnam War or not provide a division or brigade?
Also you might consider that when the artic melts for good Canada will likely do better being in alliance w/Denmark Norway, sort of Sweden/Finland and the US and just just arguing with Russia all by it lonesome.
