How can I make the AI restore it's default capital?
Here's the deal: Gondor recently lost Minas Tirith to an invasion force of Mordor. I led an army to retake the city, and it was a success. So I gifted it back to Gondor, but they won't set it as the capital again. They are now using some random village near the coast line to serve as capital, and that's not cool.
Anyway, via game or script, to make Gondor accept its default capital?.

No way in game. Unless you conquer said village, Gondor won't switch it
Script-wise? I can't think of anything that would directly adhere to that situation

There is no way to do it with script either. Except for this: keep giving their settlements, one by one, to somebody else until MT becomes capital, then give them all back again. It's not simple, not save game compatible (script never is) and the garrison of every given-away-then-back settlement will now be standing outside.

Make them lose their current capital somehow. Keep defending Minas Tirith while allowing Harad to assault the coast until they conquer the current capital. I'm not 100% sure Minas Tirith will become the capital again though, it may also be the most centered settlement of Gondor.

"Make them lose their current capital somehow" Any cheats for that? The Total Diplomacy from MOS won't do it since I can't demand capitals. And I'm playing as Arnor, currently holding 53 settlements.
