    Gigabyte GA-M55SLI-S4 nForce
    AMD 4200+ AM2 dual core
    Samsung 1gb ram DDR2
    Sata Seagate 320gb HD
    CM Mystique RC 631
    550W coolermaster psu
    Gigabyte 7600GT

    As fair i can see the this should run well to the end of next might have to get a new GPU when DX10 comes out, and a new cpu when a new comes out lol. Iam from Australia so newegg wont do no good here i think.

    I'd go with another GPU and another 1 GB RAM.

    Don't, nothing gained there if you are upgrading when you get Vista. The 7600GT is a good mainstream card, and 1GB of RAM is good for all games today. Vista may require more though, it's quite heavy (even though it's an OS )

    So in short, yes, you should be fine with those. Though you could consider an Intel Core 2 Duo for your processor, as those are better than AMD's AM2. But in that case you'd have to change your MoBo too.

    Yeah ATM that is all i can afford is around 1300-1400 mark i am getting another 1gb ram min next year heard the ram prices will drop then also. And as for the GPU it will do till vista?

    I know my PC is maybe the worst of all, but I will buy a new 512 RAM soon.

    Get the fasted Core 2 that you can afford, and you might want somethign more powerful than a 7600GT for MTW2, if money is tight there is the X850XT, a little bit more and the X1900GT, then the XT, and lastly if your ultra rich then there is the XTX.

    Well just bought a graphics card from Geforce FX 5900xt to Geforce 7600GT(£110 - AGP). Then not am not updating my pc as no need as technology is going faster then my wallet can take.

    It will be good for low high/medium PC

    I think you shudda gone PCIe, its really cheap now and will offer a good platform for future upgrades.

    PCIe 2.0, or do you mean PCIe x32? (current is PCIe x16)

    Well, PCI-E is already cheaper, so I fail to see your point.
