I hereby refer Heinz Guderian for behaviour unbecoming of a citizen. Heinz Guderian has asked a citizen to abuse his position as Curator Assistant in order to break the Constitution and reveal the standings of an active and ongoing vote; evidence [link redacted in order to protect other citizens]

This is getting more ridiculous every time. Since when is asking a question a request for anything? The last couple of pages in the commentary would otherwise qualify without doubt.

Ignoring the fact that this is a screenshot of out of context post on another site which provides no proof that "heinz" is actually me, or what is actually being asking for by "whats the score?" (i think the Hammers were playing Spurs that day). Or if this "heinz" user WAS actually asking for the score on a vote - whether he or she knew the vote was ongoing and unviewable to the general membership - this heinz guy probably has a very busy and very sexually active life and doesnt have time to log into TWC, find the Curia, find the voting thread to check.

Maybe this heinz guy, who i am assuming is a very attractive and probably very German man with no trace of Slavic, Baltic or Jewish blood, thinks out of all the 500 screenshots, surely the enemies of Allah and handsome men could have found something better to get him for. Aikanar: i writing this in a different font so Leonidas and Diamat dont see this - i have been told that they cannot read Comic Sans by a reliable informant- you have to save me man. You are my only hope. Convince the other two i am innocent - i'm not sure how, but you gotta get me out of here. Therefore i hope the Triumvirate see me for the upstanding citizen i am who upholds the spirit of TWC.

I find his defense apropos for the nature of the referral. This should be dismissed.

I will vote to dismiss for the following reasons:

1. This took place off-site
2. Heinz did not break any SND (since he did not have the power to actually post the score; he could only ask for it)
3. Heinz did not violate the Constitution (same reasoning as in number 2)
4. We have no proof that this Heinz is actually that Heinz (which actually overrides 1, 2, and 3)
