Jom has acted in a manner unbecoming of his citizenship status. He has manipulated the voting process in the Curia, trading votes with fellow citizens via his patronees. This is detailed in the first link. Jom has also posted in regards to fellow members, both citizens and non-citizens, in a manner that poorly reflects on citizenship as a whole. Examples are provided in the second through fourth links.

I'm pretty sure the curator can throw out frivolous referrals, and I think this falls in that category.

If this is the base of citizen referrals (the last three pics) then posting comments about our members anywhere on net will be liable to referral. That's rather silly, you may as well try to identify the complete membership of that site here and then refer them. You will probably be busy for the next couple of months.

I don't see where Jom has manipulated the voting process. Since when is one responsible for the actions of other members? This is so circumstantial (how many degrees of separation is that?) it beggars belief.

Edit: frivolous is actually a much better fit.

I don't see any evidence here that Jom had any direct involvement with any vote manipulation. At best its reasonable to assume that he knew of Ishan's actions but as gigantus said its likely a lot of the membership of that forum did.

We can always wait for his defense. I mean, if he denies it, there is hardly any ground left but to dismiss this case.

What the ... ? There is nothing in those pictures that indicate more than a possible knowledge. Till now we've not made citizenship come along with a NSA contract, hence dismiss.

I think some people need to grow a thicker skin. As someone who's received more than their share of abuse from extra-TWC sites over the years, I'm not too bothered by any of it. Mind you, I can't say that I'm too bothered about the abuse that I've got on TWC itself. I joined moderation when staff were considered fair game, and I became the focal point just before staff stopped being fair game, and I've always stepped forward to become the focal point whenever it's looked like staff were becoming considered fair game again. And despite all that, I'm still standing.

Just to let you know, from the other direction, I've recently received an apology from someone who's been regularly slinging mud at me through the years. I'll be touched by the apology, and ignore the mud that came before. Was the apology sincere? I don't particularly care. I'll focus on the positive, and blank out the negative. Barring more significant stuff, I'd advise everyone to try that.

Jom's Defense:

Those screenshots don't show any proof of what I've been accused. In fact, most of my clients voted "No" to the amendment for which Ishan was asking for "Yes" votes. This is a farce and grabbing at straws, so those are my concerns.

Secondly, what I say about other people on TWC on a private forum is no difference to what I say verbally, on various chat platforms, or in private fora themselves on TWC. That is to say: irrelevant, as the remarks were not made for public consumption and are not subject to the ToS.
