Reduced other income mod, now what do I do?

I reduced other income for each faction to 1000 I think? checked a couple factions on legendary difficulty and instead of 3000 it's now 1000. http://www.sendspace.com/file/d4xum1

I don't tend to mod, in the past I've only done a mod that added and changed some in game videos
1) I'm not sure of how to check non player factions to see if it's working with them.

2) Suebi starts with an income of -112 with the reduced other income so perhaps it's a bit to low http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/...C49F9909122CC/ Is there anyway to check starting incomes without starting a new campaign with each faction?

3) I've never put a mod on the steam workshop. Not sure of how to do it.

4) There's another mod that adds a hidden income bonus to factions that could be combined up with this one perhaps. Is there anyway to just alter the players income or would a separate mod have to be made for each faction and then the user takes the one for the faction they'll be playing?

5) Where should I put a link for this so that non twc members can also use it, mediafire? or some other site?

I made this because I saw a request for other income of 1000 by someone in another steam workshop mod.

I changed campaign_variables_tables-campaign_variables. faction_gdp_other and faction_gdp_other_minor to 1000.

EDIT: I've found some of the answers http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...educed-to-1000 Still trying to figure out 4) I can add a hidden tax bonus but I can't figure out how to do something similar with a factions other income. I need to somehow make an effect I think. If there's a tutorial on adding an effect_key please share the link.
