Cannot upgrade military biuldings

I am playing a clean TATW as always and It seems that I cannot upgrade any of my military biuldings.

I had posted another thread regarding this problem and the solution given then, was reinstalling the game. Well, I did but nothing changed.

What's more, I do not get the "the one ring has been located" message neither the military reports of course.

Did you make ANY changes in the files? Made any text edits on your own?

If you haven`t messed with the files, did not install any other TATW Submod, I would suggest deleting map.rwm file in M2TW/ mods/ Folder where TATW is/ data/ world/ maps/ base folder. Try again. If it doesn`t show military reports again, then something is wrong with your installation. We all get those military reports.

I deleted the 2 geography files and the rwm files.. nothing else. It's odd, I have installed tatw at least 15 times and this has never happened before...

I seem to be having the same problem. I have tried deleting the files as above, and then I tried reinstalling a fresh 3.2 game. I totally deleted the old game before the installation as well. I have tried to play as Dwarves, Dale, and Mordor with no luck. I set the difficulty to easy and just kept hitting the end of turn till I was on turn 81 with no barracks events occuring. When I check my cities the higher level building have not been unlocked. Is there a console command that could be used to trigger the barracks events? I have been seeing other events, including the invasion's and garrison scripts have been triggered as well.

If someone can tell me what to look for I am willing to go through the files manually and check them.
