Well I'll be... Big congratulation (and two questions)
Sorry for starting a new thread, but I just had to express my astonishment.
I installed TW2 just a few days ago in a fit of boredom and irresponsible behaviour, then happened to try CoW and I was taken aback by what the modding team has done. Really, this is a new and better game and a lot of fun. Thanks very much. Your mod is so good I will have to uninstall eventually to get more off-computer time.
But before it comes to that If I may, tow questions:
1) When besieged I made a sally to destroy enemy's siege equipment. I did not win the battle, I found that impossible, so I returned the units to town satissfied with the results. And was more than a little suprised when the enemy force assaulted in their turn with all the equipment in top notch condition. Is this moddable and would you consider changing it? It seems like a fun option to delay the enemy assault...
2) And sieges once more: the siege engines seem far too fast. They just race to the wall in no time. Is that intentional?
Once more, incredible job and thank your for the mod.

Re: Well I'll be... Big congratulation (and two questions)
1) The vanilla engine won't allow something like that.
2) Again it's a vanilla thing however siege towers aren't that fast are they?
The ladders are fast yeah because the units can run while wielding them.
I do believe the running/walking speed can be adjusted but I think it would effect the units in general and not just while wielding siege engines.

Thanks for the reply.
I found the siege tower too fast as well, but it is not worht breaking the rest of battles.
Thanks once more.
