    Default How to mod the Unit cap per imperium level

    what files is the Unit cap per imperium level located?
    I want to change how many generals can be recruited per level of imperium for all factions.

    Database table fame_levels has all the imperium related caps (agents/armies)
    It’s better to excite some and offend others than be bland and acceptable to all
