How can I edit Base Income?

Hello,

I am a new modder to rome 2. For my first mod, I simply want to edit the base income for all factions to be 1200 as opposed to 3000.

I have the Pack File Manager 3.1.8 and am currently searching under "db" to edit the base income for all factions. I'm not quite sure where to look, so can I have any advice on how I can go about editing?

Hmm... I changed the values, but basic income did not change in the game. What am I doing wrong? If I prioritize my custom mod higher than everything else in the load order, it should overwrite those variables from vanilla and all other mods, right?

Edit: It seems the values delivered by the DEI pack overwrite the values delivered by my custom mod no matter how I prioritize them. But changing the values in the DEI pack itself works.
