Installing Issue [PROBLEM SOLVED]

I reinstalled Shogun 2 after I restored my computer to its factory settings and now when I try to run it is says "Performing First Time Setup. Step 1 of 2, installing." But the Box disappears after a second and does nothing, thus, I cannot open the game.

I had that problem. I verified the game cache and all was good.

​It didn't work. Apparently the files were fine but the game still does the same thing. Any more ideas?

Restore to factory settings, have you tried installing the files in the redist folder preferably with the UAC disabled?

Have you also run Windows Update manually and install all software options?
