Stainless Steel 6.4 - Years instead of Turns

Ok, i've followed the instructions I've found on editing out desc_strat.txt to remove the line "show_date_as_turns" so I can get the campaign to show up counting years instead of turns (why CA would make it turns is beyond me).


Once I've done that, it still loads up counting turns.


Any thoughts?

FYI, I believe I figured this out, the instructions do in fact work, only they will not take effect until you start a new campaign. The current one is stuck using turns vs years if that's how it started.
