Default How to edit province specialties?

Hey so I'm new to modding and wanted to change the chosokabe home province specialty from the lumberjack to an artisan. I found this guide: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...cial-resources

which seems pretty simple, but when creating a new mod in the pack file manager, in the data folder for shogun 2, I can't find the campaign folder, so I can't find the startpos file. I'm pretty sure I can do the rest but why are some of those folders missing? I have show hidden files enabled if that makes a difference. Or am I doing it wrong? Some other guy mentioned editing a save game file, but I think this way seems easier.

PFM is good for handling pack files, but when it comes to modding, the Assembly Kit is way better. The Assembly Kit allows you to edit the startpos files and at the end, you can create a new startpos.esf containing all of your changes.
    My Mod:
    Shogun II Total Realism
A realism mod for Shogun II, Rise of the Samurai and Fall of the Samurai

Use PFM open the data.pack and extract them.
