TATW crash on loading screen

i have just downloaded the medieval 2 kingdoms expansion and i have downloaded the Third age total war mod with patches 3.1 and 3.2 aswell as the MOS v.1.50. i am using windows vista and i have the steam copy for the game. when i use the shortcut to M2tw kingdoms (third age shortcut doesn't work) it comes up with the usual screen, i play teutonic because thats the folder i put my TATW files in to, it loads for a little but then closes down back to my desktop with a message saying it closed down.

when i was sorting my TATW folder out (inside the named "teutonic" folder) i had a folder in it called mods which i dont think should be there, inside it had a third age total war folder and inside that folder it had/has a data folder with a list of data inside, and another "third age" thing inside which is already in my main teutonic directory. what i did was, i went into that extra mods file and into the third age file, i highlighted all the data inside and cut it, i then pasted it into the main directory. some of them went into my main directory but a message came up that i already had them files. so i didn't replace them i just cancelled the rest and left them in that extra folder. IM telling you that just in case that is the issue!

also, the third age shortcut doesn't work and i dont have a thirdage.bat thing in my directory just in case thats the error?

Any help would be so appreciated, i can't wait to get this fixed and hopefully get playing TATW!

Uf, you got it all messed up didn't you ?

If you can verify that original M2TW and Kingdoms campaigns work and you can start them, then remove the currently wrong installed TATW files and folders from your M2TW/ mods folder, and follow these steps to install TATW 3.2 ( also, just to be sure, you need TATW 3.0 both parts + TATW 3.1 and 3.2 Patches):
