The Bastard Son of Hannibal Barca- A Carthaginian Empire Political AAR by Lugotorix: Rome II Vanilla Barcid Dynasty- Carthage- Hard Difficulty.

This AAR covers the political arena in the events leading up to the civil war and the nomination of an Emperor, focusing on the characters Garuatis, son of Hannibal Barca, Balsamo, an accomplished Magonid admiral, and Malchio, a scheming Adirim loyalist.

I intend on continuing this AAR through the month of April to include the great war under Emperor Tilibir, and his generals Sanzin, and Saraca against the Galatians and Persians, leading up to a Realm Divide like event, where almost every faction but my allies were at war with me (Barcid Punic Faith diplomatic penalty on Hard)

Many years ago, much of the land of England was ruled by mighty Norse kings, the Vikings, sons of Scandinavia. The Norman invasion of William the Conqueror put an end to that dynasty's claim on the island nation, but a generation later new claimants have risen... A tide is rising with them, staining the realm crimson. Can the Normans retain what they won, or will the Danes forge a new Danelaw from the ruins of the old?
Swords of the Sea: 1066 has come and gone, the Danelaw torn down and a new kingdom built in the image of its Norman rulers. But with time, wounds heal and what is broken can be reforged. The Danes have returned with steel, and seek to reclaim what is theirs.
The Great Expedition: Pax Anglia, one of Earth's great empires, sprawling across the stars. On their newly colonised planet of Nova Sydney, adventure awaits on the savage frontier - Henry Boyce steps forward to lead an expedition to pierce the Bushlands' wild heart.
Winter War: Finland, 1939. The Soviet war machine has begun its indomitable advance from the east. Of all its neighbours, only Finland stands alone in defiance. Conscript Anton Bezrukov prepares for a quick victory, but the reality is far bloodier...

    The Children of The Forest:

A History of The Germanic Peoples

    An AAR by Chirurgeon

Of all the civilizations of the ancient world one of the most mysterious was that of the Suebii. From humble beginnings to a great power, how did this civilization climb the ladder that so many others had fallen? What allowed them to deal with the challenges and opportunities provided? Combining science and storytelling the great Suebian mystery slowly unravels to reveal a society, culture, and civilization unlike anything the world had ever seen. This book dissects everything we know about the mysterious Germanic peoples and presents it in a way that is easily digestible.

When darkness consumes the land, and the innocents suffer the neglect of those who rule them,
a select few will heed the plight of those who cannot protect themselves...

    Judicator of Elysium

..And it is the brave warrior-monks dispatched by this elite and ancient order, who will judge the evil that torments the helpless, and by the guidance of Valinsyr, they will carry out the necessary sentencing of the perpetrators.

Rome faces its greatest threat since King Pyrrhus of Epirus. Hannibal Barca and his brother, Maharbal have launched an invasion of the Res Publica's territories. To further endanger the fledgling state, the Southern cities have risen up in Rebellion against Rome. It is up to the Generals of the Legions to maintain order and defeat the most powerful general since King Pyrrhus.

This is a Roma Surrectum 2.5 AAR starting from the beginning of the game and going on indefinitely. It simultaneously follows the lives of Marcus Aurelius Scipio, a man who has been 'gifted' by the gods who has been given the knowledge of a thousand warriors as well as their memories, and Publius Cornelius Scipio, the young Scipio Africanus on his mission to defeat Carthage and protect the Republic.

My second try. This time I'm going to try harder.
