Yeah i have this problem, that when enter the campain (all work fine there) After a while on 4 seconds all units dies, frodo dies, and then i lose.
If anyone could help me i would be very pleased to hear form you

Did you move all your characters (Frodo, Sam etc. ) out of the settlement? When you end your Turn, there must be none of them inside of any settlement/town. That includes Gandalf, Aragorn, Gimli, Legolas, etc.

Did you make any changes/edits in your files?
What version of TATW are you using?
