    Default Stop the huge negative minuses of buildings!

    Hello, doesn't everyone hate how you have to open a calculator and notepad every time you want to develop a settlement, question may rise, what, what do you mean? Well i mean, the huge negative bonuses that come when you build top tier buildings, building vast farm lands are somehow going to take my plebs in THE CITY! to the street, it's not like there building farms in the city. So i ask, how do you change building penalties, im not trying to make the game EVEN easier, just toning down the unnecessarily huge degrades, can anyone help me?

    Usually, building effects can be found in building_effects table and building_factionwide_effects table.
