    Default FEEDBACK

Give us your feedback, what you think about Chivalry generally or regarding a certain version (if it is a patched/upgraded 0.50 version). Any constructive critic is welcome.

But NO suggestions shall go here, there is another extra topic. Comments, which can be indicated as spam (no senseful content), will be deleted.

well, there are modified and new skins, as well as some new models. But none of the ones you see in the High/Late era sneak peeks.

ive been playin the campaign for about an hour now and the only problem i have is i don't like the portraits. Everyone in the portraits has a crown and that kinda bothered me. But other than that this is a great mod. Keep up the good work.

... those are the portraits from MTW 1, and at least they should have fairly different appearences, and i cannot remember, that they had all a crown on the head

    To all:

I or better said, we are interested in the chosen difficulty (campaign and battle mode), and how the AI enemy is proceeding vs. you with which difficulty setting. Well, this now so to say the open beta test, and if you will have an too easy game with H or VH campaign, then we might intend to increasing the difficulty of the mod-design

Those, and other re-skinned units are in the EE mod. They aren't all done by DP, many are done by Dragases, and one new unit (kwarazian heavy cav) is done by Drak. All those re-skinned/re-modelled units are based on team-internal discussions. Many units though still need reskinning, and will be provided by a patch tommorrow ... :tooth: kidding, no, we will see ...

I said i'd give you feedback. Im loving the mod, feels much more complete than 0.44. The units are beautiful, as is the campaign map, and i really like the gameplay. I've experienced no bugs so far in my England campaign, and only seen 1 or 2 graphical issues with units(Sicily Feudal Kngihts have black spear, Armenian elite cav unit has part of spear alphaed out).

I just found out about this mod, and my god it is beautiful. I also noticed some minor graphical issues, various units without unit cards, the disturbing unit disappearance after expending move points, but I note they are already known by the developers. Most other mods are at the bottom, rebalance and reskin, this is the first real total conversion I have seen, so kudos.

Have only played @ ten turns as the Russians, but even this early I am simply astounded by the historical accuracy, the intelligent tweaking and (re) design of many features to match the game to the era, the graphics, the scope and depth of this mod. I feel as if some of my Osprey books have come to life. I can't think of a better compliment to give.

History provides all of the color and drama needed to make a story interesting; it does not need to be embellished or burnished. The designers of this mod get that; maybe game developers will catch on one day.

Well done, and please keep up the hard work!

you did a good job! congratulations !!
only thing i dont like is too high kill speed and too low morale. it makes battles too short. units rout a few seconds after contact. im gonna modify export_descr_unit a bit before starting a campaign.
    everything else is great.

and it is a nice gesture that you enabled -mod feature. it realy saves space.

Played about ten turns as HRE, medium camp difficulty, Hard battle.

Only one battle to date -- I crushed some bandits, so can't tell any lessons at this point.

The feel is great, the campaign map look is excellent. I like the recruiting system (multiple units in one turn) -- it gives you the feel of raising an army for a specific task -- then the upkeep costs make you disband it before to long or you go broke -- sounds accurate.

The units looks great in battle -- lots have peasants as their pic in the description, but I think you already know that.

Will try some crusade activity soon, I don't understand how the mechanism works, the explanation is a bit confusing.

The vastly different nature of the game will demand a guide of some sort -- did I miss it? If it does not exist, I'll start writing one -- small payback for your provision of a truly EXCELLENT mod!

GREAT JOB by the CTW team!
