Shogun 2 Crash During Multiplayer Battles
The long story short is When I try and boot the game through directX 11 it crashes/freezes at the menu screen, when I boot through DirectX 9 it crashes/freezes in the battle map of the avatar conquest at random I have tried pretty much everything I have found on google and just cant seem to get it to work, I am running Windows 7 64 bit completely updated (though i could be wrong?) and definitely meet requirements. additionally i can play single player matches with no problems
alittle about me, I am a 5 year total war player i started with Rome I and then Medievil II. Then came shogun,, the tides changed, AND THEN i got this sweet laptop for a real good price, i figured playing at bare minimum graphics wasn't the greatest so,, but not being able to play at all. worse...
would windows 8 fix this problem?
is this a fixable problem?
how is your day?
i miss Shogun
thank you Totalwar Center if you have read thus far and see you on the battle fields hopefully soon
Heres the DxDiag if it helps, and again thank you for reading
DxDiag.txt

I don't know if it's the right revision number but try installing these. http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/...enware-m17x-r3
The audio drivers alone are two years newer than yours.
