I'm having the same problem. Someone is checking it?

hmm im having issues getting my mods to even work, before it was working fine when I was changing unit looks ect now what ever type of mod I do when I go to mod manager it always has that warning sign saying this mod was made for an older version of the game :S I have even gone as far as to uninstall steam, rome 2 and the PFM and reinstall them all and to no avail :S any ideas anyone?

I went through this before, the solution is that someone must update the PFM schema after the lastest Rome2 patches. Then you must find that someone or at least the schema files somewhere in a random posting on this forum. Many of the shared links will not have the right schema, even if it has the correct version number, but eventually one will work and voila! You will be then able to edit with PFM. At least until the next patch, which comes often and totally at random.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/pack...2.zip/download - Still the current schema

The problem is the schema distributed with PFM seems to have been corrupted, hence reinstalling PFM doesn't help. You need to manually download schema 42, and that will fix all the tables most people are having issues with (there are 7 tables needing update, but 90+% of people won't be going anywhere near them)

Schema does not need to be updated for every patch, and when it does, it's not for every table either. Only tables with an altered strucure need reworking.
