    Default Increasing limit for Factions.

First apologises if this is in the wrong place. I was wondering if there is a way of "Raising the limit for the amount of different units you can use in a faction "? And is it possible to mod and how? In fact I don't know what the limit is. But the Rome faction....With addition of mods must be almost or is full. Is the limit hard-coded. I know before the recent patch and DLC I could use a lot more mod packs than now, and the problem seems to come from the Rome faction. Mostly works ok if I play as Rome in custom battles, but if I select Rome as the opposition then the game crashes, especially with mods that contain the Roman Legions, which adds a lot of units to the Roster.

Thank's for reading, anyone have any idea's....Except don't play with the Legions...

Try Radious mod to have them all removed.
Compare his pack files versus the datarome2 pack file and you'll learn many things.
It should be either in land_units or main_units on the far right.

You can edit the main_units (either with PFM or the Assembly Kit and look for unit cap column. The default 0 means there's no limit in recruiting the units but you can put any numbers there (not sure if there's actually a hard code limit though) so for example if you want a Praetorian cohort units can only be recruited up to 4 units then just change the 0 to 4.

As for 'raising' them then change the said units from whatever number to a higher number )from 8 to 16 maybe) or just change it to 0 so it will be unlimited.
