No mods in manager after vanilla revert - HELP!

does anyone know how to get all the mods to show back up in the mod manager after a vanilla revert? all my mods are still in the data file but i cant get them to show up in the manager >:-/
any help would be appreciated!!

they are not in the data folder, they are in a folder called mymods which is in the data folder, bring them back to the data folder

thats the thing though; they are in the data folder. "steamapps/common/total war rome ii/data. in the data folder i have "campaigns", "encyclopedia", "text", and "UI", then a big list of PACK files.... directly in the data folder not a sub-folder.... game launches from the mod manager just fine only no mods show up in the manager at all - just blank... im completely confused....

Did you check "Enable out-of-date mods" in the mod manager?
