Default I got Fall of samurai !! I wish i didint

Hi everyone, i was playing shogun 2 for months, it runs so good and i loved it so much that i played all the clans.
but when i decided to get Fall of samurai the game last like 15 min from when i start a new clan then it crash when i push the end turn button. even when i try a previous save game it ll crash when i push the end turn button. when i start a new clan i play for like 4-6 turns then same issue it just keep crashing after pushing the end turn.

I checked many other forums and sites about crashing but none has fixed my issue . hopefully i ll find help here.

    here is my pc spec:
    windows 7 64 bits
    core 2 duo
    gtx 460
    3 go ram

the same issue for rize of samurai dlc and for shogun 2 , my game has no mods.

3 GB of RAM is a bit low for a 64bit OS.
How much harddrive space do you have left on the partition where you installed Shogun II? It is said that Shogun II needs approximately 20 Gigabyte as swap cache.
    My Mod:
    Shogun II Total Realism
A realism mod for Shogun II, Rise of the Samurai and Fall of the Samurai

Have you changed any hardware? Have you updated any software? What are your temps and voltages? These may sound like something out of the blue but I've witnessed stranger things over the years. It may not even be game related.

Try updating the chipset, LAN, and audio drivers for starters.

CA writes its programs to use C: drive only for a swapfile, no matter where the game is installed or how much free space there is on another drive. Less than 20gb is pushing your luck. One member for ETW had to go to 37gb of free space to get his stable and this is the game game engine so expect about the same results.

4gb of ram for any TW game ETW and newer and 64bit is almost a must. 3gb is really asking why when 32but goes to 3.2gb by itself.

Corrupted savegames for TW are as old as Shogun1, nothing new. A lot of free disc space will eliminate part of the problem and you don't have any to talk about on either drive. Take a look at the size of your last savegame, multiply it by a hundred for what a campaign can be, and you get a idea with the swapfile what kind of disc space is really required.

All the above have been proven over time. To go with it, when was the last time you ran disk cleanup and did a deep optimized defrag? There is a Temp folder in Windows you can empty. There is also one in users\username\appdata\local.

Sir Irishron ty for keeping up with me
I made 40G of paging file (swap file) and reinstalled the game in an other hard drive it has like +20g free on that HD (with game installed in) and the C: has 20G free even with the 40G swap file , mabe it's just the game that is not well made :3

The game is not well optimized and it's memory utilization leaves a lot to be desired. I have all my games on D: drive and I have an old slowpoke 120gb drive for nothing but archiving I have to cleanup every so often.

My pagefile I've left dynamic. CA makes its swapfile outside it and leaves the pagefile strictly for Windows..

i smell heavy bottleneck on your computer, try to change your OS to 32bit or upgrade your ram to at least 4gb man.

Made sure your graphics drivers are up-to-date, and you don't have any outdated mods?
Such a shame it crashes for you, FOTS has some of the most satisfying moments in TW history.
