An issue regarding knights.
I have a bit of a problem of with Knight recruitment, I'm on turn 71 of the Early Campaign playing as the HRE and after checking the building browsers it doesn't look like there's any way for me to hire knights of any kind with the exception of Imperial Foot Knights. Is this a glitch or is there a time requirement for knights to become an avalible unit?

You can't even recruit Feudal Knights? Mind you that Imperial Foot Knights aren't recruited until later on in the game so I'd say you don't have a glitch but you just gotta be patient. But if you can't recruit Feudal Knights at the moment then something could be wrong.

I can't find Feudal Knights anywhere on the roster, I have a unit of Fuedals running around but I have no idea how I got them. I suppose if they never show up I just need to reinstall?

This should be asked in the questions thread, but regardless: If we are talking about the standard mailed knights (cavalry) - do they show up in the building browser, but are greyed out (and thus not recruitable), or do they not show up at all? Maybe you can post a screenshot. If they are greyed out, it is possible that recruitment requirements are not met. Do you have BGR enabled?

BGR not enabled, RR not enabled. The units don't show up at all. I can hire Mounted Sergeants and even bloody Zwei Handers, but knights simply are not present.

Have you tried to start a new campaign with RR enabled? Basically, it should not be a RR issue, but I have never switched it off, so I don't know what the effects are.
