Mercenary Ships!

Yes! Mercenary Ships are in!
...or what could it be?
This might explain something about how Crusades will work. So instead of going the land route, you can end up there by naval means... without waiting for your own ships to be recruited.

So how do you guys think will the hiring of these units work? Will you have to be on or near a port to do so? Will it still be possible to hire them on a coastline without a port?
And maybe this new addition will enable diplomats to bribe ships? :hmmm:

That was always there. (The battle stats in naval battles)
