We're currently finishing up the campaign. Most of the units are completed. Expect a release before August.

Sounds great there
I must admit I`m impressed, you have done pretty much in a quite short time, only two months is it?
This is an incredibly good idea with the spanish-map! I'm so looking forward to this!
I`ve thought of this mod for some time and, would not it make the atmosphere better if the soldiers had , maybe rolled up sleeves, some had jackets and some did not, and that the clothes would look a bit worn-out.
But that is just what I`m thinking and as I have no insight in modding procedures or how much time you´ve spent on making the uniforms and research and discussed different options my suggestion was only a suggestion.
Well in theory this is possible and not too hard but when a modder has not even got all the nations uniforms made then why try to make variant parts, plus you tend to find more disciplined armies don't become so scruffy like americans
I wish civilian clothing could be made, but since we don't have a skinner we can't do those yet. Not many people skin for NTW anymore which makes it difficult to find anybody who can do it.
Both sides of the Civil War experienced significant equipment problems, often mixing and matching any civilian or military uniforms they could fine. I also want to have short-sleeve shirts, but that would require a unique variant which isn't workable at the moment because we have no dedicated modeler. Instead, we're borrowing helmets from Agunter's mod.

I also need the civilian clothing quite desperately because of all the partisan movements that occurred during the WWII period even the early parts which my mod depicts, I will have a go at trying to model more things which you are willing to use but I will have to tech myself skinning which I am already looking into,
I see, well is it complicated to skin?
I remenber that sailors in Napoleon have short-sleeve shirts, maybe somenthing can be done with that.

The problem is NTW sailors are complete models and are incompatible with the models seen on land battles.

Here's my attempt so far to make civilian clothing.

I don't think they look that bad myself, but the problem is that I don't know to account for the "bending" that happens when the texture is fitted.

Looks good, but i think the predominant color of shirt should be white and other soldier would wear all blue like the work overalls.
Also i think some of the assets of ACW Napoleon could be usefull like some hats, trousers and shirts.

"romanes eunt domus"
That particular unit is the Basque Gudaris. The local Basque government could not sufficiently supply the Basque Army on the Northern Front with uniforms so many soldiers wore civilian shirts, usually striped or grid "lumberjack" patterns. The only real consistency of the Basque Army was that they wore either berets as it was a common piece of clothing in their culture, or M26 helmets made in the military factories of Northern Spain when they could get them. The standard militia of the Republic wears blue work overalls with other civilian clothes.

Here is my second attempt with civilian clothing on the Basque Gudaris, plus the addition of berets made courtesy of Agunter. Agunter has additionally provided us with the Spanish M26 helmet and the Italian M33 helmet as well, both of which are posted below.

I must say that the civilian clothing does look better with darker, more subdued colors. "Bending" is still a problem and I hope I can get that worked out somehow.

Please give Agunter some rep and check out his Blitzkrieg mod as well for all the hard work on the hats that he has been so kind as to share with us.

I have to say that the Spanish Nacionalist Flag is wrong (at least in these years of civil war), unnafortunally is so close to the actual flag. I hate this
This is it:
And this is used by The Carlist (Carlistas)
