Game Crashes After Install

I followed the full install thread up to the point where it says to test ss6.3 by playing a round or 2. When I open the game, I select 'play' on the launcher, and select 'Stainless Steel' to play. The game gets to the loading screen and crashes, I get an error dialog box with no info.

I have Steam, and installed to the correct folder, I've been messing around trying to fix it myself but I can't find anything wrong. Tips? Let me know if you need additional info or screenshots.

Did you install with UAC disabled? Re-install with UAC disabled, find SS Setup in MTW2/Mods/SS6.3 and select, Right Click and Run as Admin

Followed every step of the install guide, So I'm asssuming UAC is that slider in my computer settings (which I did disable); provided I'm wrong, what is UAC?
