Default How does reforms work with the Auxiliaries system?

Sorry for asking, this information is probably out there somewhere, but are auxiliary units affected by unit reforms. Say I'm playing as Rome - will I be able to recruit Auxiliary Greek Thorax Swordsmen, or will I always have Auxiliary Greek Thureos Swordsmen? How does this work?

Roman auxiliary units change with AI reforms, which are automatically triggered at certain turn numbers. Although the generic auxilary spearmen and auxiliary cavalry, which were historically part of the Augustan auxilia reforms (in line with the imperial reforms of he game), are always available, although I suspect that will change with 0.9 or a later DeI version.

Yes, it will and we will also create specific Roman Auxilia that is tied with the roman reforms in the future.
