Help with 10 units mod
Is there anyone who would be willing to look at this mod and tell me what I'm doing wrong? I used this thread as a totourial http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...ith-PFM/page10 but the game will stop responding when I try to test the mod
I've been trying for two weeks, made some changes, fixed some issues, but I still can't find out why it won't load
You know what? Since I've had some bad luck getting help, whoever gets my mod to work will get €20 in paypal or a steam game

the only thing i can think of mate is get a working unit pack of someones and compare in detail every table and hope you find the reason, but im assuming you probably have already done this.
I will have a look myself mate but im no modder so dont count on anything eheh

I found a couple of things.
Problem 1.
Table - Massalia_land_units
Field - man_entity
Problem - you have animations in there instead of unit types.
Problem 2.
You have a missing table - in the Massalia_land_units table you are referencing tooltips - but you don't have the following table "unit_description_short_texts_tables > unit_description_short_texts" - in here you need this.
I've yet to go through & fix it - but I managed to get the game working with some of the units (I systematically deleted one unit at a time & copy pasted entire fields which are not part of a selection, it started working once I had pasted other units tooltips & fixed the above, but by then I had already deleted half the units as part of the debugging.

did I mention that was my first try? the only other thing I did was edit an overpowered celtic unit mod
I should look at the bright side, at least half of them work!
