Question about training

Hello i am new to modding. I have begun to make a Maratha realism mod, but i have a question. In the DBE editor, in units stat, there is something called unit_training_level. What is this?

It edits the unit formation, and how fast the unit responds to order. The worse is the thing you put, the more loose and chaotic the formation will be and the later the unit will react, and the contrary is BTW true.
