Playing a peaceful campaign is much harder than a regular campaign
Im currently playing as prussia and i decided to make things interesting but making peace with all my enemies and ceding territory so i would not have war.
i focused on my economy and grabbing colonial lands, it turned out to be much more difficult and fun than i expected. i encourage you guys to try it out!

Yeah dude, one weak looking colony and everyone comes at you. This is especially true with countries that have large fleets, the Marathas or a native faction.
