message about reforms being disabled shows up even when I load previous manual save games

After reading the information posted with version 082f, I loaded a save game with by clicking "continue campaign". I then got the message about reforms being disabled.

As advised by the information, I loaded a previous save game. But this did not fix the problem, I just got the same message about reforms being disabled. The same thing happened when I loaded several other previous save games. No matter what save game I loaded, I got the message about reforms being disabled.

Am I doing something wrong, or does something need to be fixed?

As I see it, the problem is not with new games, like the CIG campaign you just started, but with saved games. I have a lot of time and effort invested into my current game, and would prefer to continue it if possible, especially since I finally defeated those persistent Suebi!

The save game you gave me is corrupted, sadly.

I will do a thing, I will recreate a correct save game for you. Even if I put some parameter wrong don't worry because at next turn the checks (imperium and turns) will be done again and then everything will return to normal.

For now I will put the reforms to Polybian (but as I said if you were farther you will just need to end the turn for everything to be checked anew on next one and things working fine again, also for the AI reforms).

I send you the redone save game in a minute.
