Women (Leader/Commander) characters in Rome II possible?

Is it possible for CA to make Women generals in the game? Like for example, Arsinoe, Cleopatra or Boudicca?
I think there might be DLCs coming.

You would think with the Cleopatra images and the woman on the ship, (possibly boudica from what I've heard) that this would've been more prevalent.

If only. Personally I think it would give the game some extra variation so I'm all in favour of historically famous female leaders and units. I still want some noblewomen archers for the Scythians. As for the woman on the ship DarrenTotalWar mentions its apparently Queen Teuta of Illyria she was quite the pirate. I only know this because one of the devs mentioned it a while ago on the official forums, may have been Craig.

Hope they CA or a modder brings out a Boudicca as a general available in custom battles. It is really odd how she is missing as a General from the Iceni faction when the game came out.......The two sort of go together. You think of the Iceni you think of Boudicca and vice versa.
