Area of Control Issues

First off, just want to say I absolutely love DEI. You've made this game what it should have been from the start, and just want to thank the team for all your hard work.

I've been having a few issues with area of control of my armies, most notably while in the fortify stance. It seems that enemy armies can just walk right through the area of control without having to fight the army. For example, I set up an army in fortify stance a bit ahead of a settlement I wanted to defend. However, even after being set up, the enemy army just walked right past my army (straight through the red circle) to siege the settlement a ways behind it. Has anyone else noticed this?

Using no other mods, and currently playing on patch 10 (happened on patch 9 as well). Thanks for the help!

Thats some error on CA side and therfore i am not sure if De>I can fix that ( happend to me very often in vanilla too..) but if they could i am sure DeI will put some effort in it to fix that
