Full Version of mod?

I noticed from the development thread that the factions are lacking units from their descriptions, and that the scripted events and other features are missing in the current version of the mod. So when will I be able to conquer Hyrule with the entire unit roster of Twili or Darknut Legion???

Well, because this set of Hyrule Historia missions were short, he might be able to spend these months adding new stuff and bug fixing and maybe a lettle bit of balancing?
