    Default Recruitment Issues

    Hello everyone!

I'm playing a Seleukid campaign, and am about 75 turns in; it has been a great run so far, and love the new reform system. There's only one problem; The latest mini-patch added 'Leukaspides,' but I still can't find the 'Klerouchoi Phalangitai'. I already fulfilled the requirements for thureos reforms, and I can recruit them in barracks captured from my eastern satrapies and Egypt, as well as conscript them from my satrapies, but I can't seem to recruit them in my own barracks.

am I missing something, or is it supposed to be that way - perhaps for immersion since they are supposed to be greek settlers in non-greek lands?
if this is the case, it might be prudent to attach them to a technology, such as 'Land Grant' for Egypt and 'Hellenization' for Seleukids

    It's a little bug.

They lack the ties to the main barracks of Seleucid (Seleucid has specific lines for some barracks, not tied to the Greek ones).

    I will correct it asap.

    Great. Happy to help.
Hey now that i look at it it looks like the same issue exists for Leukaspidai.
By the way I notice you guys are quick to make adjustments and fixes when they are reported - I hope the community appreciates it as I do.

on another note, any thoughts on the 'land grant' tech requirement?

If you download version 0.82e in about 15 min also this will be fixed (in Steam version it already is).

I am in turn 90 and have built cohort baracks with Rome, but cannot train legions, only in one region in Spain, what is the problem? Do I need to wait for some time, or do I need to build some other building in that same province to be able to recruit them?

    Basic Information
    - In DeI, certain units are only able to be recruited in certain regions. Also, some units require a certain amount of your faction's culture.
    - Depending on the type of unit, it may require a main or an auxiliary barracks.
    - Rome has the most advanced version of this system, including region-specific Legion types.
    - Culture Requirements - In order to recruit Rome's main unit types (Legionaries), Latin must be the dominant culture in that province (>50%).
    - Other cultures will gain this requirement once our 0.9 AoR update is released.
    - Roman auxiliary options will also be expanded in a future update.

    I hope that helps

Did the message that you got a new military reform appear?

Because if it didn't you have not yet enough imperium to start a new reform (you need imperium 5 for Marian). Turn only is not enough for the player.

The requirements for the Reforms are minimum of 100 Turns but are not exclusively that one prerequisite. Do you also have the required Imperium 6?
