There are modding tools that can do this. CA are not the only ones who can provide them. =/

What a polite way of asking. Such a petition (or demand) is useless I'm afraid.

As .Mitch said, animation exporter fro Maya and Motion Builder have been released by CA through Assebmly Kit.
So, instead of a "petition", it would be better to learn to use Maya or Motion Builder and to try to create animations... this will be worth for TWC community.
