Unalble to start 6.4

Hi guys,

Steam version of Kingdoms

I've re-downloaded SS6.3 and upgraded it to 6.4, or so I believe.

The installation completes, the settings program runs but when I click the desktop shortcut, i get a message saying it is unable to locate kingdoms exe even though it is installed in the kingdoms folder.

If I start the game in Steam using the kingdoms shortcut, I get the version 6.3 start up screen.

Any ideas what could be going on here?

i haven't installed Kingdoms via steam, but i'll try to help you here ...

seems to be the install from the SS6.4 update was a failure! are you sure you have chosen the right install folder? i think Medieval 2 Kingdoms are should be located in your "Steam\SteamApps\common" folder!

if you right click on the desktop shortcut from Stainless Steel ... what is the target folder for you?
