The Roman Extravaganza mod that adds some shiny new gear. I say de-uniforms but really it's just some different coloured tunics as well as some nice armour additions. The polybians is where the new stuff really shines though really, combined with all those lovely shields from the true legions mod.

A few pics! no marians yet though.

Yeah, unfortunately it gives pretty much the same gear to all auxiliaries as well, I ended up removing most of his unit changes and splitting the assets up to cover all of the Roman units instead.

Dardo, would it be possible to make your custom DEI version available to those who would like these beautiful assets for just the Romans?

Yeah, although I do use a partly destroyed version of the mod Icarus linked too, since it also adds its own additional helmets for example. I mostly intended it to work alongside that mod to cover custom units such as UMCenturion's Ancient Empire's legions. I suppose I can make a version that exclusively uses assets from the main resource Roman Extravaganza mod.

Dead Man Wilson's GEM preset added in the OP.

    @Wilson
Feel free to upload your favorite pics-graphical submods you're using (if any) and I'll add them as a reference in the OP.

I dream of one day having my DEI look like that. Truly amazing.

One thing I also appreciate is when posters tag their shots with some background info like who, what when, where. It adds to the immersion when admiring the shot.

    Once again, Great Job!

normally I add tags, but these were from an entire campaign pretty much non-stop, so I don't really remember :p.

Dardo, now I'm wondering why your settings and mods aren't listed on the first page? You definitely should join that elite group of screen artists there

dom, take a look at the very first page of this thread. edit: oops I see Icarus answered you........

BTW, I got bit by an octopus as a youngster on a field trip to the beach. The pain was excruciating. I learned a lot on that school field trip:

    1) Do Not Taunt the Octopus

    2) Octopi have a beak and will bite

    3) Girls are pretty at the beach in their early 1970s mini-skirts, especially when the wind blows

Cool screens Dardo. I like how "high DoF" looks on your screens, it gives a nice blurring look, you also use a beautiful color line.

    Octopus? Do they bite? Really?
Yeah, I know they have a beak but never thought they would use it onto a poor child.
