    It is 4 turns per year, but recruitment and building time etc. I have heard should be designed for 2 turns per year OR just simply try it yourself

    PS: There are 2, 8, 12 and 24 TPY submits for DeI in the Sub Mod sections, so its basically your own choice

    If you want you could download all factions( no dlc's factions) going on steam workshop of Rome 2 totale war:
    Search "all playable factions" and choose what is better for you.
