I am no longer playing the later patches as they are crap so i need to create a mod for patch 2. I want to implement two things for trial to see how it effects the game.

First, I want to allow multiple siege armies. It may be just one setting or it may be a setting for each faction.

Second, I want to disallow armies from becoming fleets so that they need to load onto an existing fleet. In other words, no more walking on water from anywhere.

Has anyone managed to find these settings?
