Crash on startup

I recently downloaded Stainless Steel 6.3 before I updated to the most recent 6.4 patch. I try to start it up to make sure it works, and then the screen goes black like it's about to bring me to a loading screen when suddenly it closes. No error message, no popup, no new windows, nothing. It just stops. Anyone know what's going on with it?

Are you using WIN7 or WIN8?

When you installed did you disable UAC and Run As ADMIN

Yes I did.

Its a bad install, delete SS, re-install outside of Program Files, its ok if MTW2 al long as they are on the same drive
