Rules(open for debate and subject to change in the coming days)
*Battles
-Battles between human players have to be auto-resolved;
-Screenshots have to be posted, one with the odds and one with the results of battle. In siege battles the siege unit card used must be shown in at least 1 of these 2 screens;
-Battles against AI can be played;
-Armies that are defeated in battle may not move for 1 turn;
-No encircling armies in order to destroy them entirely. It means no surrounding enemy army with several units. Blocks of land-bridges ,bridges or similar choke points to cut-off the retreat is allowed;
-Heroic victories are banned. Reload until you get another result or don't play the battle at all;
-You are not allowed to sally out if you are defeated from settlements. Either reload until you get a draw or a victory or don't sally out at all.
*Agents
-Spies can only open gates of settlements and forts if they have at least 60% chance of entering the said settlement, and only if at least two are used;
-No exploiting merchants in form of merchant stack;
-You can seize merchants of other human factions only in your own regions and only with a minimum chance of 60%;
-Each faction cannot recruit more than 1 assassin every 10 regions owned. So to recruit the second assassin you'd need to own 11 regions or more. For the third 21 or more and so on.. If you have 11 regions and 2 assasins, and after some turns the number of regions decrease to 10 or less you must immediately suicide one of the assassins;
-Assassins can sabotage everywhere with a minimum chance of 60%. Assassins can only kill priests/imams, spies, merchants, captains and generals, but only in your regions or allied regions, like officially shown in the diplomacy scroll, and only if they have a minimum of 60% chance. Family Members and princesses are not allowed to be assassinated;
-Assassins only need 40% chances to kill another assassin;
-Pictures of percentages of agent actions need to be either posted or sent to an admin if the player wishes his action to remain anonymous;
-Agent limitations do not apply against the AI, except for the spreading of the plague, which is banned no matter what!
*Settlements
-It is not allowed to destroy any buildings if the settlement is under siege;
-Only religious buildings, inns and guilds are allowed to be destroyed if you're in control of the city for at least 2 turns;
-If a player gets a settlement trough diplomacy all units except 1 have to be disbanded immediately;
-You are not allowed to exterminate settlements. Extermination is only allowed if the settlement has more than 60% of the population converted to another religion. Example: If you are a Catholic faction, you can't exterminate settlements with at least 40% of the population converted to catholicism. Only sack or occupation are the possible options in that case;
-You are not allowed to gift a region that is in a war zone (bordering by land a faction you are at war) to another faction with whom the other one is at peace.
*Ports & Fleets
-Ships can't leave port if port is blocked by enemy fleet. The fleet blockading must be defeated in order to leave the port;
-It is not allowed for armies or agents to be inside ships docked in ports;
-No attacking ships inside ports.
*Other
-Only 2 forts per region per faction are allowed;
-Reloading is ALLOWED;
-All bugs in general are banned unless explicitly allowed;
-Movement bugs are banned;
-Getting AI vassals is not allowed;
-Any new player taking command of a faction previously held by another player cannot attack a faction he's officially allied with for at least 3 turns, or until the allies of that faction break the deal.
-If someone suspects another player has broken a rule please report it to the admin through a private message, don't post it in the thread!
-Personal insults in-game will not be tolerated and will be enforced with a ban from the hotseat. *Exception -Insults are allowed IF it is in character (i.e such as you are a king insulting another leader);
- Any actions that may be considered an exploit will be judged by the administrator and other players that are part of this hotseat before decision is made;
- Turns must be posted within 24 hours of previous turn+ 12 additional hours for SUB if turn is not played.You may choose who you wish to be your sub throughout the game (Your ally, friend ect.) or alternatively a neutral player will be the sub;
-It's not allowed to intentionally destroy your own faction. This includes but is not limited to moving your armies into obviously bad positions, gifting most of your regions to any other faction etc.
