Hello, new to the forum here.

I downloaded BullGod's daimyo mod, and looking to replace the Otomo daimyo with Date's look. Here's what I have done so far:

- Downloaded MMS, PFM, and the Assembly Kit on Steam
- Renaming the names under variantmodels -> units in BullGod's Date pack file to "re-direct" the texture and changes to the Otomo's daimyo (didn't work)
- Modifying the unit look with the MMS tool, unfortunately I have problem opening any existing file of the database, and I cannot find Otomo's daimyo unit anywhere

Am I approaching this the wrong way? Are there any better way to do this?

I am new to modding but not afraid to get my hands dirty if someone can point me to the right direction.
