I run the installers, but nothing happens

I was hoping someone could help me with this. So I've run both installers, installed them both into this C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\mods, but once the launchers finish nothing happens. There appear to be the mod files in the folder, but I can't find any way to launch it.

Is there something I'm missing here? I have Kingdoms, and this is the CD version by the way. I feel like I'm missing something really stupid. Last time I played this mod (way back when the campaign map was far off) I'm pretty sure an icon appeared on my desktop. Could be wrong though, but either way, I've dug through the files for a launcher or application of some sort.

It's just a hunch, but when you say "both" I get the impression you have only two installers. There should be four installers with the most recent version.

My mistake. I meant both downloads, since they come in pairs.

EDIT: Derp. I've got it working now. I had a friend help me, I believe my total war file was corrupted. I think that's what the issue was. He just made me feel retarded with his long explanation that I didn't understand.

Anyhow. Sorry for the trouble.
