Edit Diplomatic Penalties/Reliability

Hi, I'm trying to find the diplomatic settings in the database that might allow me to edit the values of diplomatic penalties, such as signing a peace treaty soon after declaring war, which decreases the reliability rating of the player faction. Where can I find the values to eliminate those penalties?

Edit: I found it. If anyone else needs to know: it's under db/cai_diplomacy_complex_treacheries_tables/cai_diplomacy_complex_treacheries. 2nd column contains the penatly values, setting it to 0 eliminates any penalties that might occur to your reliability rating.
