    Default Reimplement Floating Flags

Is there any way to turn these on in the game? I know it was a design choice, but I cannot tell which unit is the enemy general or when my units are close to routing.

Ah, the wonders of a simple search.
Well, that's the thing. I searched the problem and found that this does not solve the issue in Third Age: Total War, and that every time Third Age is turned on, the flags are automatically turned off. I want flags in Third Age.
