Rupert and Runcel were standing in the commanders tent in their camp. They are looking over a map of Westeros and Runcel pointed out to the Gods Eye. Calculating the time of their marching.
They wanted to expand their borders and had fixed their attention towards the north, since other bigger kingdoms around them blocked any other ways or would lead to a hard to defense shape of a kingdom.

Start marching: 18:00, 23 February, Western Europe time.
    about 16,5 hours.
end marching: 10:30, 24 February, Western Europe time.

It was early morning. It was lightly misty, quite chilly too. But these conditions of weather would change soon, as the summer sun would stand higher in the sky with every hour and bring its blessed warmth to nature and men. But not everybody on this field might be as lucky to see the sun later this day. As a large army marches through the lands. Banners, flying in the wind. Proud banners. Of noble houses and knights alike. Most of them newly-found, others.. more respectable like house Rosby. But the highest banner of them all was of house Longward, the crown of stars upon burgundy and black was featured high in the sky. In the front rode Runcel Longward, King of Blackwater together with his brother Rupert. Their other brother Rufus had stayed home in Rayonet. His army from the waters of Blackwater Bay towards the Gods Eye. The king had only one thing on its mind: Conquest.
His father before him was a selfmade man, making them powerful and rich. Now Rufus thought it was time for him to contribute to their legacy. So when people remembered the late king Runcel, they knew he had done glorious things and made their kingdom large and powerful.

As expected, another army appeared on the horizon, near the Gods Eye. The people of Gods Eye would have known of their arrival.. the travelling of an large army over the main road was not easy to keep a secret.
Runcel eyed them curiously, on their side also proud banners and a few commanders. Runcel halted his army, and the men formed their battle lines, preparing themselves for battle.

Runcel knew little about his opponent, if he was old or young.. but he was soon to find out. Together with some mounted knights he rode towards the middle of the two standing armies, and saw that his opponent did they same thing. They met in the middle.

"I am Runcel of Blackwater and I am here to make the Gods eye mine. I would like to offer you mercy, if you bend the knee and submit to my rule to become part of the kingdom of Blackwater peacefully. But remember.. if you refuse this offer. I will take your lands by force. I am here for conquest, one way or another.." He said in a loud and harsh voice. "The choice is yours. But remember.. you can save a lot of fathers, brothers and sons from the Stranger this day. The sins of this day will be on your eternal soul if you refuse my offer of peace."

    Army of Gods eye.

    God's Eye (6,500)

    Esgaroth (500)

The loyalty trait of the present characters characters? This acts as a modifier.

Also, those numbers look far too well rounded. Are you using 90% of your levy, or 100%?

2/20 chance with no Loyalty modifier. Rolled 13, no surrender.

"You come to me as a conquering aggressor," said the mounted knight that was presumably their commander, "I hold the better ground and my men fight for their homes against an invader with no right to this land and no good intent in his heart. I shall see you in battle, Runcel the Aggressor!"

The men wheeled around on their horses and rode hard back to their lines. Horns blared and drums beat as the outnumbered foe prepared to defend their position.

"So be it." Runcel decided and turned around too, riding back towards his army, making ready for battle, which would come swiftly.
